History Of Jute
For the quality of jute it produces, Bangladeshi jute is referred to as the “Golden Fiber.” Bangladeshi Jute has dominated the international market for centuries because of its superior fiber quality.

Uses of jute
Hessian cloth, scrim, sacking, carpet backing cloth (CBC), and canvas are just a few of the materials made from jute. Bags, wall coverings, wrappers, home furnishings, and upholstery are all made from hessian, which is a more lightweight material than sacking.

Manufacturing of jute
Jute fiber is derived from the jute plant’s stem and ribbon (external skin). Retting is the initial step in the fiber extraction process. During the retting process, jute stems are packed together and soaked in slow-moving water.
